Terms and Conditions
By visiting the Cycling Express website you accept and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cycling Express website. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time we see fit; this means that you are accountable to check these Terms & Conditions on a regular basis before placing an order. As Cycling Express is governed by statutory law this will not affect your statutory rights.

Estimated Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and make our best efforts to dispatch all products purchased from Cycling Express within the most diminutive possible time frame. If there is a delay with any of the products you have ordered we will notify you via email, and the product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. For this reason, if you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately so that you get your goods as soon as possible.
Cycling Express does not accept liability for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. But we will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Product Specifications and Details
Cycling Express cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part or accessory. Please also make sure you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair an item. Cycling Express cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided.
Please also remember that some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified bicycle mechanic. If you are unsure about whether the part or product you have purchased needs to installed by a qualified bicycle mechanic email us at email@example.com
The product details, specifications and general suitability information contained on Cycling Express is the best we have available at the time of its publication. Cycling Express cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or inaccuracy of any advice given, particularly advice given as regards the repair of other items.

Availability of Advertised Products
Occasionally at Cycling Express we will have to withdraw an item because we have sold it in our retail store or because it has become obsolete or damaged. If you have placed an order for an item that we are no longer in stock of or that is otherwise unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if we have one.

Reviews & Comments
We persuade and strongly encourage all users of Cycling Express to leave reviews, comments and product questions on our website. When you submit a review or opinion to our website in the form of a product enquiry, review, or customer comment what you have submitted to Cycling Express is not copyright protected. We have to frequently check this content for suitability and we reserve the right to remove, reject or edit or display it in multiple places at any time.
Cycling Express is not liable for damages or expenses that occur or are perceived to occur through the use of its website. This includes, but is not limited to, lost income, profits, damage to property, third parties claims, and economic or commercial losses.
You have the right to cancel orders that have been delayed at any time and get a refund from Cycling Express prior to the item being dispatched. Cycling Express will do its best to get all orders sent as quickly as is permissible but we accept no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products you have ordered from us. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Cycling Express is dedicated to respecting your privacy. You can visit Cycling Express without revealing any information about yourself as a guest. However, some information is required in order to process orders. We also require you to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password for your Cycling Express account.
All content included in this site; including images, text and graphics, is owned and expressly controlled by Cycling Express. When you enter any of the Cycling Express web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use.
Cycling Express does not allow any of these pages to be downloaded, stored, copied, broadcast, displayed or shown in public without the prior expressly written permission of Cycling Express.
To process and complete your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful we will then try to contact you by phone.
Any information provided by you will be used for Cycling Express’ purposes only. However, Cycling Express may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing, like the courier we use to deliver your order or the financial institution that issued your credit card. Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law.
There are times when we may request information from you, such as your name, address and e-mail address. Cycling Express will always do its best to preserve the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us. You can help Cycling Express update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by using the account profile pages or notifying us of any changes to your address, title, phone number or email address.
When you place an order we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your request.

Improving Our Service?
Cycling Express will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. To improve Cycling Express’s customer service, we use non-identifying obtained from our customer database. We will never disclose identifying information of individual customers to advertisers or other parties. We also don’t in any way use or share information submitted to us by our customers.
Customers who choose “pick up” from your local store.
Accept the following terms:
1. The storeowner’s responsibility is limited to bicycle assembly and to contact you when bike is ready within two days of receiving delivery. All other service required will incur additional charges as determined by the storeowner.
a. Including Bicycle fitting services, Installation of accessories, handling of warranties, returns and any ongoing servicing required from time to time as requested by you the purchaser.
b. Returns will incur handling fees to cover cost of storeowner’s labour and any freight charges required as stated in the store pick up tab on the home page of cyclingexpress.com
c. Additional assemble charges will incur on any replacement bicycles which need to be assembled by the local store
d. All the above mentioned costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and cyclingexpress or any of the stores contracted to carry out any of the above services are not held responsible and no further handling of products will occur until such monies are paid.
In the instance you opt to return or exchange your bicycle within Cycling Express‘s Returns or Money Back policy, an additional charge will incur from the local store to cover their cost to repack your bike for return delivery. This fee is $39 per bike (you will need your original box, or the store will require a $10 fee to source one for you). A $49 assembly fee will be applied in the instance a replacement bicycle is needed.
Our 30 Day test ride policy only applies to bicycles and products purchased and paid for via the Cycling Express website.
There is no 30-day money back or exchange on products paid for at your chosen bicycle shop.
All bicycle stores listed are independently owned and operated and polices on this topic may vary and are at the discretion of each storeowner.
Pick up at your local store is limited toAZZURRI, VERITE, BH and Louis Garneaubranded bikes only.
