All deliveries require a signature. We cannot send to PO Box.

24 HOUR DISPATCH We will usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If you place you order on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: 24 hour dispatch does not apply to complete bicycles.

COMPLETE BIKE ORDERS If you have ordered a complete bike we need to first check it over before shipping it to you, so we can't promise dispatch within 24 hours. We usually ship bikes within 72 hours of the order being placed.

DELIVERY TIMES All orders including bikes generally take about 3 to 5 working days to arrive once they have been dispatched. All packages are shipped via express tracked courier.

Cycling Express is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 4-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Please choose carefully before you buy.   We offer a 365 day hassle-free returns policy. If you aren't happy with it, you can return it to us and we will give you a full refund (minus shipping). Just contact us, we will help you with the return. Once we give you a return number, you can send it back to us, unused and in the original packaging. We will check it for damage and if the product is unused then we will issue a refund.

Sometimes manufacturers make a bad product or the shipping company breaks it. If either of these happen, let us know and we will replace, repair or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. We want you to be happy so we work hard to come to a reasonable solution to all cases we see.   When you contact us about the return, please include your order number so we can help you faster.
